Core Transformation®
Transform Unwanted Thoughts, Feelings and Behaviors
Core Transformation® meets the deepest strivings of our times: to heal ourselves and develop as human beings-emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually. This simple process offers a graceful way to change habits and achieve goals you thought unattainable.
Specific changes attributed to the Core Transformation® process include career advances, mending relationships, stopping smoking, changing "problem" emotions and behaviors, losing weight, overcoming depression, and improving all aspects of health. You might ask, how is it that one technique could be responsible for helping people achieve results in so many different areas of life? Through Core Transformation® you find that your limitations are actually doorways toward resolution. Imagine your most difficult problems actually having a positive aspect, something through which to learn, grow, and transform. Core Transformation® gracefully guides you in discovering those positive intentions, leading to an experience of understanding, where awareness and change occur naturally.
Core Transformation® is an easy-to-follow, ten-step process for transforming unwanted behaviors, thoughts and feelings by actually embracing them. This workshop teaches a major process of improving relationships. You'll come to a greater sense of self; while enhancing your ability to understand and be compassionate toward the people in your life.
Coaching Core Transformation
In this training program participants will be taught, through a series of graduated exercises, to help clients transform unwanted thoughts feelings and behaviors.
Some of the training topics will include:
- Understanding the Core Self
- Befriending the Unconscious
- The Five Core States: Being, Inner Peace, Love, OKness, Oneness
- Identifying the Positive Intent Behind Behaviors
- Transforming Unwanted Feelings, Thoughts, and Behaviors
- Making Good Things Even Better
- Core Transformation and Spirituality
- Generalizing the Core Transformation® Process
Please Note: This training program is highly experiential in nature. Participants will learn the core transformation strategies by applying them first to themselves and then by coaching others through them. Participants must be willing to personally engage in these exercises during the training.
An Example of Core Transformation At Work
A woman suffered severe abuse as a child, including having her fingers
broken as punishment (no need to go into further gory details). As an
adult, she had a lot of problems stemming from that, including difficulty
forming a meaningful relationship. She felt empty inside, and nothing she
did filled the emptiness. Using the Core Transformation process, she
became aware that there were parts of her that still felt hurt, angry, and
afraid. In addition, she found that each of those parts of her had a gift
for her, which began to transform her empty feeling, and began filling her
with a sense of presence. For her, it was important to use the process
consistently over time, and after two or three months of using it
regularly, with some help, she had a very noticeable shift in how she felt
inside. Her new sense of herself enabled her to begin relating to others
differently, also, and soon was in a healthy relationship.
What this example shows is that the Core Transformation process not
only transforms feelings and behaviors we consider "problems" and wish to
change, but it also helps us find a new sense of self and inner well-being
that can support us in every aspect of life. (Many people report dramatic
changes from only using the process one time, although we recommend
getting the most out of the process through using it repeatedly, usually
with different issues.)
