Appreciative Coach Teleconference Consultation Group
Clergy who have completed the Introduction to Appreciative Coaching course are invited to join a teleconference as a way to maintain and deepen their knowledge and competency as a coach. This teleconference is a mandatory part of:
- Certificate in Appreciative Coaching
- Certificate in Transitional Ministry
Research on learning shows that people begin losing their knowledge following an intensive training as soon as the training ends unless it is reinforced and put into practice. The teleconference has proven to be an ideal way of protecting your training investment by reinforcing the learning and deepening your knowledge base as you implement your new skill set in real life situations.
The teleconference consultation group is structured in the following manner:
- Each Consultation group is restricted to a maximum of 8 people with one or two facilitators.
- On alternate weeks participants will take turns to be the "coach" and facilitate the session.
- Each conference call lasts for 1 hour.
- The consultation group consists of 50 weekly sessions.
- Each group maintains the same call in time throughout the time period.
- Check the schedule and registration page for dates and times.
Teleconference Costs
Complete Tuition and Registration Fee for 50 sessions is $1000
Participants are responsible for their own telephone charges. The calls originate in New York and at 5 cents a minute will cost approximately $3.00
