We pursue our vision by training and coaching leaders to use appreciative inquiry based strategies to find those places where love, passion, delight, freedom and joy already exist and wonder with God how we can grow these life-giving qualities.

We believe that Jesus did not come that we might have less death, but that we might have life, and life in such abundance that we can freely share it with others.

On the appreciative way we use an incarnational process of joining with people and congregations to discover their life-giving best and growing these strengths rather than focusing our efforts on trying to eliminate their weaknesses.
